Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Outbound UK shipping is free. We generally use a Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For service.

International shipping usually incurs an additional £15 cost. We will use a recognised courier such as Fedex or DHL and provide all tracking information.

Return Shipping costs, unless the result of an error on our behalf, are the responsibility of the customer. All returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Alexis Amor. Please use a tracked service.

All returns must be in their original condition without personalisation (such as prescription lenses, adjustments etc.), be unworn and arrive with all supplied accessories.

Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return.

Refunds will generally be processed within 48 hours.

How can I try your frames?

If you would like to try one or more frames please order them online and then, once received and tried, either return them to have the prescription lenses fitted, take them to a trusted optician to have the prescription lenses fitted, or, if not suitable, for a refund.

If you would like us to add prescription lenses please a copy of your prescription and a selfie of you wearing the spectacles before they’re returned (for sunglasses, please call). This will allow us to measure your pupil position and accurately fit the lenses.

Which prescription lenses do I need?

If you would like to add lenses to your order but are uncertain what to choose, please a copy of your prescription and we’ll be happy to advise.
